The knowledge at NAM FAH is based on so-called traditional learning – inherited through the family for generations. An increasingly rare quality that provides a unique access to, and processing of, the raw material.
We would like to share insight and knowledge of Thai food with kitchen enthusiasts, food lovers, amateur chefs and other “knowledge-seekers”.
You will learn in the very best way about Thai (and local) ingredients,
– cooking traditional Thai dishes
– arranging to set up a dinner (the dishes that are made should of course be
tasted!) A sensory experience on many levels.

For professional professional chefs, courses and content are adapted according to the needs and wishes of the customer/participants.
